Activities of the enterprises that are part of the international agro-industrial group Agricom Group
Agricom Group is a national agro-industrial group that is focusing on development, production and distribution of food crops. It was founded in 2013.
The key business areas and structural units of Agricom Group are:
- Crop growing (represented by enterprises of two clusters: Bilokurakyno (Bilokurakyno, Markovo, Novopskov and Troyitske districts in Luhansk region) and Chernihiv (Chernihiv district in Chernihiv region).
- Storage of grains and oilseeds (elevator complex Mi-Agro in Bilokurakyno village, Luhansk region).
- Production and sales of grocery products (Trade House LLC “Dobrodiya Foods” located in Kyiv).
Since April 2014 the main office of the company has been located in Kyiv, but at the moment of its foundation it was in Luhansk; it was reasonable because of geographical proximity to farming enterprises and elevator complex, which still successfully work as a part of the group.
Due to the events in the East of Ukraine and the strict obligations of Trade House “Dobrodiya Foods” to provide the retail chains with ongoing supply of full range of products, subject matter professionals of the company managed to organize the production of goods under TM “Dobrodiya” on the certified production capacities in Kiev, Kherson, Kharkiv, Cherkasy and Sumy regions ensuring regular quality control, which our consumers have been used to over the years.
Regarding the origin of flour, flakes, bran and cereals mixes under TM «Dobrodiya» with production date of the beginning of 2015, and with the place of production in Luhansk, we explain the following: given production is of high quality, as it was manufactured before the relevant government services stopped controlling quality of goods in the region, and this products belonged to the final consignment received for repayment of financial debt of the enterprises located in Luhansk.
The combination mark for goods and services “Dobrodiya” (Certificate №197272), placed on the package of products, can be legally used on the territory of Ukraine exclusively by LLC “Dobrodiya Foods”. Legal Department of “Dobrodiya Foods” prepares data for petition to the law enforcement authorities on illegal use of the trade mark by the enterprises that produce and sell products under mentioned trade mark on the territory of “anti-terror operation”.
At the moment, the national agro-industrial group Agricom Group and its business units have no legal and economic relations with the companies located on the territory of “anti-terror operation”.
Despite of all the difficulties that the national agro-industrial group Agricom Group faced due to changes in the socio-political situation in the east of our country, the management and employees were able not only to save the company, but also provided the progressive development of the main activity areas. Today, Agricom Group is 400 work places, regular payment of taxes to the government, introduction of energy saving technologies within its enterprises and social and economic support for local communities, where the agricultural lands are cultivated.
