Reduction of impact on the fertile layers of soil in the companies of Agricom Group
The enterprises of the national agro-industrial group Agricom Group are required to implement these additional measures using Agrisem tillage equipment. These measures are so popular because a company can plan long-term tillage of agricultural land, as all these measures are quite cost-intensive, but positive result lasts 3-5 years.

Regarding the choice of subsoilers the main criteria for us was the energy efficiency of them. We stopped at two models Combiplow Platinum and Cultiplow Platinum. These implements save up to 30% of fuel in comparison with the analogues on the market. Besides, we must admit the exceptional flexibility of this equipment, which ensures its use in the different fields of our clusters. The advantages of soil looseners are the effect of “waves” (fracturing without breaks is acknowledged by agronomists over the world), shifted point blade (ensures cultivation over the entire width) and non-stop spring security (provides increased clearance over operation security). Specifications are also high: working depth: ~ 15-50 cm, the distance between blades: 75 cm, beam frame: 200×200 mm “, – told Taras Kornienko, Director of production and development department.
Use of soil looseners has a positive impact on the quality of yield and our environment. Remains of fertilizers are not “washed” from the fields and do not fall into nearby water ponds increasing their level of chemicals. Staying in the fertile layer of soil, they intensively nourish plant roots stimulating their active growth. Thus, the complex problem of soil compaction has a universal solution: a deep soil loosening, which has to become an integral and commonly used technology in Ukrainian agriculture.
Steady development of Ukrainian agricultural sector involves the use of new technological equipment. As larger and heavier farm tractors, combines and field equipment till agricultural lands, it causes soil compaction, moldboard plowing or disking disrupts soil structure, accelerating surface runoff, wind and soil erosion. This problem is complex, as intensification of agricultural processes has a negative impact on soil fertility and the general state of the environment. Based on the international experience, solutions have been already found, such as the implementation of use of technical equipment, which include various subsoilers.
