Ukraine 3.0 should become digital and simplified, with fewer state employees. Today, 60-70% of state employees are inefficient or perform incomprehensible tasks. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize processes and adapt them to the real needs of the country. I think that a third part of the current civil service positions and functions are more than enough. Ultimately, Ukraine must be fast, adaptable, free from bureaucracy and corruption, with transparent and simple tax rules. A country that does not repeat other people’s experience, but gives new economic and tax meanings. I am not sure that in the near future Ukraine will become a center of the most advanced technologies, but it can definitely become a state that quickly implements progressive solutions.
In such a country, the agricultural sector is a branch of highly productive, ecological, economically profitable technologies, which constantly introduces innovations. In the post-war future, agriculture will be one of the flagships of the domestic economy, which will help increase foreign exchange earnings in the country and increase the welfare of citizens.
Ukraine will continue to be one of the guarantors of food security in the world and will have the potential to increase agricultural production. The structure of sown areas will remain in the form in which it was until recently. There will be both large and medium and small players in the market. However, the focus will shift to small farms with a land bank of 10-30 thousand hectares, which have shown high efficiency under current conditions.
We should produce end products with high added value, and this is the niche we must find for ourselves in the world market.
Ukraine should also become a country with a developed processing industry. We must produce end products with high added value, and this is the niche we must find for ourselves in the world market. In my opinion, the export of grain and raw materials is good, but such a role is not economically correct, it is not about the long term. In addition, Ukraine must integrate into Europe and its market, find a niche for its products. It is difficult, but possible. An important issue after the war will also be the improvement of the logistics network in Ukraine and its adaptation to European transport logistics. And I think one of the priorities in the postwar future will be the development of human capital. I mean maintaining employment and returning our citizens from abroad, because people are the most valuable potential of the country.
